We are thrilled to announce our most recent achievement of being named The 2002 Bon Appetite/Food Network American Food and Entertaining Awards.... Food Artisan Of the Year!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the year 2000 at the American Cheese Society Conference, Love Tree Farmstead swept the category of young sheep milk cheese.

1st Place - Little Holmes 2nd Place - Sumac 3rd Place - Cub

This was the first time in ACS history that any category was swept!

At the 2002 American Cheese Society Conference Love Tree Farmstead again made ACS history by sweeping the young sheep milk cheese category for the SECOND TIME!

LoveTree swept the Young Sheep Milk Cheese category with our northwoods originals.

Best Farmstead Sheep Milk at the 2001 American Cheese Society Conference.
In the fall of 2000, the Trade Lake Cedar was honored by being inducted onto Slow Foods International Ark of Taste.
Best Aged Sheep Milk Cheese category 1999 at the American Cheese Society Conference.
Trade Lake Cedar was also awarded..."Best Aged Sheep Milk Cheese" & "Best Sheep Milk Cheese Over All 1998."
